Now, if this was actually true it would be one thing, but we all know the site will work fine with Firefox on Linux, with one of the many PDF readers we have available. This makes these people look like absolute fools, and without any sense of how the web works, or how to make a web site usable.

I am sure there is a nefarious plan with MS somewhere, and that dirty dirty money changed hands in the process.

I will add this "First wide-scale .NET implementation in Quebec The solution designed by the Ministere and its business partners is based on Microsoft' s .NET technology. At the time the electronic services project was designed and delivered, the project was the first Canadian deployment of the .NET technology in the public sector. It was later discovered to be one of the largest.".

Shame on you Quebec, you of all the provinces should be leading in technology, and here you are using a second rate hacked together assemblage of buggy code that cost us MILLIONS of dollars in tax money. I have no doubt at all that our private information is available to anyone interested, if there aren't hundreds of security holes currently open in their servers and infrastructure, I would be very surprised.

This is unacceptable, and just goes to show how money talks, and how politicos walk the way the money tells them to.
