the fearful
box of pandora
horrid bestial
subtleties
and erudite commisionings
smacking lightly
of sarcasm
throughout
my speech
of life
while I lie
to you and
tricky minds
twist all about
in frenzied
contortions of
logic and
pray for
brand new life
disappears
into the vortex
with sucking lips
coaxing

to higher heights
in climbing
mountainous peaks
crashing screeward
occasionally.
